Case Study: Brooks Rehabilitation Center

Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital is a 143 bed acute rehab hospital in Jacksonville, FL with 22 facilities in an outpatient network. The challenges included the integration of a new offline branding campaign with web site, expanded awareness outside a 45 minute radius, and the support of the new health & fitness retail outlets.

MedTouch partnered with Brooks to conduct usability testing throughout the design phase, a site map was developed and a content plan was implemented to review the scale and scope of the site. Wireframes were presented to help focus on messaging, navigation, and homepage real estate.

Brooks was presented with an award for best web site design at the 2007 Greystone.Net Client Conference for a site that embodied the strategic vision of their organization, exceeded expectations of visitors to the site, and is a leader in terms of innovation, design, content and functionality.
