As Director of Strategy, Linda Watts works with client teams to develop digital strategies that improve the online experience of patients and other audiences. The goal is to determine each client's unique goals, audiences, pain points and resources - and which digital tactics will best address them.
Over the last 15 years, Linda has worked on every type of hospital digital marketing project -- from journey mapping, analytics, website rebuilds, content creation, SEO, SEM, display, social, and personalization in Sitecore. She earned her B.A. in history at Ithaca College and her M.A. in public history/museum studies at Northeastern University.
