At MedTouch, James leads the agency's client development efforts by nurturing executive-level relationships with hospitals and health plans across the country.
A sales and marketing leader with 20 years of B2C and B2B experience, James began his career with Procter & Gamble. He has subsequently served Fortune 500 organizations as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company, built high-performing marketing teams as a client, and had leadership roles with several Boston digital agencies. James is also on faculty at Northeastern University and is a contributing editor for MedTech Boston.
James earned his B.A. in Honors Business Administration at Western University in London, Ontario and his M.B.A at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
