Do you have what it takes to join us?

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who will perform a broad range of tasks related to maintaining relationships with MedTouch customer accounts, and working on new project initiatives. You will apply knowledge of MedTouch products, services, and best practices to build and manage client relationships through proactive communication.  You will coordinate resources involved with new project initiatives at mature customer accounts along with work with customers to plan, schedule and deploy upgrades.  You will document client interactions for future reporting against customer stated goals and objective.  Key areas of responsibility include account organization, administration, project timeline development,  hands on project involvement, and managing projects in compliance with plans and strategy briefs in relation to one or multiple small or highly complex projects.

  • Train clients on CMS and modules
  • Support clients with use of CMS and modules
  • Ability to develop KPI reports for clients
  • Document  all client-related activities using project management tools
  • Ensure timely resolution of client requests
  • Understand client’s business objectives; manage expectations
  • Escalate client concerns when appropriate
  • Work with client directly to provide general service to the account
  • Monitor and manage client service hours
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of each area of the company’s resources in order to evaluate recommendations before presenting to the Client.  (These areas include Search Engine Marketing, Web Analytics, Website Effectiveness and Research/Planning)
  • Search engine marketing and optimization reporting
  • Coordinate freelancers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and engagements with the goal to develop long-term business relationships
  • Travel to customer accounts on a periodic basis to maintain customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities to sell additional professional services and software
